Historic Bridges of Texas
Properties 9 and 10 are nominated under the Multiple Property Submission (MPS) Historic Bridges of Texas 1866-1945 (download PDF), which the NPS approved in 1996. A new Multiple Property Nomination Form ("Historic Road Infrastructure of Texas, 1866-1965") which expands on the bridge context to include roads, culverts, roadside parks, and related landscaping installations, and extends the period of significance, is also presented for SBR review. The bridge nominations may be submitted under either context.
